Making PDF more user friendly
This isn't as convenient as it was in the Outlook Classic. The auto-download is extra step. I want to "save as" option to place into a file immediately. Also formatting is messy. Classic Outlook was clean in capturing the email. The appending option is only available to append one email at a time. Would like to see opening the pdf in Adobe application after creating instead of online. Also, when appending to an existing email, I would prefer it not changing the name of the document.

I agree. Adobe is just creating extra work for users. I just want to save the scanned document under a student name for upload to Teams Assignments. Jumping to opening and adding edit tools is a step too far because then I have to print to pdf and save; then rename, etc. Stop making life so complicated (fun for programmers but not for users)!
