    Hi Elizabeth,

    We are sorry to hear that you are facing an issue with our product.

    Could you please share few information with us :

    1) Operation System
    2) Version of Acrobat

    Steps to know version:
    Go to menu Help > About Adobe Reader > A window would pop up. You can share the snapshot of this window with us.

    We are able to reproduce the first issue - Acrobat pop out of fullscreen.
    But we are still not able to reproduce the issue in which Acrobat pops out of fullscreen and appears in front of something.
    If possible we can have a session to check exact steps where you are getting the issue.

    We tried reproducing the issue with the help of screen recording shared by you but we are unable to reproduce it.
    Could you please tell what is the frequency of the issue and some other steps due to which this issue is occurring?
