    Hi,

Thanks for writing. When sharing via invitation, one can see if the recipient has opened the link intended for them or Not, in the overall status and context board for that shared file.

However, when a file is shared via link, that is a public link and status will show as 0 of 1 viewed, if no one has viewed or 1 of 1 viewed, in case of >=1 views. You could see the activity (no. and time of views), in "Activity" section (expand it), of context board, when that shared file is selected.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,
    Sumita

Thanks for reporting the issue, Rene.
As per my observation, the date/time for a shared file is appearing, as per the time zone of the sender.
Please let us know, if you are still seeing an issue with this?

    Thanks,
    Sumita

    Hi,

For a parcel shared anonymously, you could see the public view/download of this parcel, along with time, in "Activity" section, in context board. Please select the sent parcel in Shared-> For Viewing, to see the context board.

    Thanks,
    Sumita

    Hi Theodoros,

Are you still seeing the crash with latest Acrobat update (click on Help->Check for updates to update Acrobat to latest version)?
If you are still seeing the issue, could you please share the latest crash log and version information, for further analysis.

    Thanks,
    Sumita
