Hi everyone,
Can anyone tell me if there is way to see the total amount of people viewing your shared pdf? As i would like to create a statistics on the amount of audience we are reaching with our shared PDF.
If you look at picture two, we can see that there are more than one person viewing the document (confirmed in real life with colleagues opening the file) but it only records 1 of 1 viewed.
Does anybody have a solution to this? Or can the acrobat staff add a feature so we can create view statistics on our pdf? it would be extremely useful for data.
Thank you

Hi,
Thanks for writing. When sharing via invitation, one can see if the recipient has opened the link intended for them or Not, in the overall status and context board for that shared file.
However, when a file is shared via link, that is a public link and status will show as 0 of 1 viewed, if no one has viewed or 1 of 1 viewed, in case of >=1 views. You could see the activity (no. and time of views), in "Activity" section (expand it), of context board, when that shared file is selected.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Sumita
