   Could you pls. share how are the PDFs being accessed? Are these kept on a network folder or shared (mapped n/w) drive? Or are you accessing them through a Citrix server or RDP?

   PDFs are accessed locally, a mapped network drive, and from some web based DMS. Not using Citrix or RDP.
