    Hi,

Thanks for Reaching out to us for your concerns.
We have not removed the zoom tools from the main toolbar and those are already there.

I assume you might have undocked the Toolbar so you may be getting a black floating window over the document area which would be having the zoom tools.

I would request you to kindly Dock it back to the Main toolbar by clicking the rightmost icon from that floating window.

Also, if this is not the case i would request you to kindly do a right click on your main toolbar and select “Reset Toolbar” from the context menu. (This way your main toolbar will get back to the default state which would anyways be having the Zoom tools.

Let me know if this fixes your concern

    Thanks
    Ayush Jain

Dunno if this is what others may be experiencing, but the zoom dropdown disappeared when I switched from opening new docs in new tab to opening in new window. Once I returned to the open in new tab, the zoom dropdown reappeared. I still see this as a bad design flaw - the tools available should not change depending on whether a document opens in a window or tab.

Update to prior comment - the drop down % bar disappears when Acrobat is set to open new documents in new windows. When I reverted back to open new documents in a tab, the drop down % tool suddenly reappeared. This is still nuts... it should not matter if my document is open in a tab or a window - the same tools should be present in both views.

The "hover" trick does not work for me. I have the icon that looks like a keyboard with a down arrow that will bring up a box, but I cannot find a way to get the + / - controls back on the toolbar.
I also did the "reset toolbars" and no go (and now I have to go back and re-create the toolbars I had).
    This is EXTREMELY frustrating.
Instead of giving us options on the bars, they take away user-friendly tools and then add a bunch of **** on the right side (eg there's a "provide feedback" button that takes up valuable toolbar space- but what's the point of that when they NEVER seem to listen to the feedback - or at least not mine).

PLEASE restore this. I've tried the other suggestions. Now, I have to click on a magnifying glass and THEN click again to modify the zoom. That's just nuts. Why take away control? If folks prefer a magnifier, let them have it... but don't remove the existing tool.

agree with others - PLEASE bring back zoom controls... silly that this even needs to be asked.

I discovered that the tools went away when I changed my view to open new docs in new WINDOW vs the default of opening new docs in new TAB. Turns out that when I returned to opening docs in new tabs, the zoom control returned.
