  12. I had my works all stolen out of Kindle/CreateSpace. I want a .pdf which drops quality with each transfer.

    That is a really sensible request, actually. There's far too much pirating of creative work going on today. I've had layouts stolen in the past and sent to other printing companies, despite having secured the pdfs in Acrobat against printing or editing. All it takes is a free converter to bypass the built-in Acrobat file security.
