Adobe Prepare Form and Signature Issues
Since you updated it has broken prepare a form. I can no longer save a pdf with any field (initials, signature, date, ect.) other than text and than request signatures from that saved pdf. It won't change the field from text to literally anything else.

- Are you using the tool "Prepare a form" in the Acrobat Desktop app? If not, could you please explain the steps you take before facing this problem?
- Does this happen with any file type?
