Acrobat Web App > Request e-signatures choosing a template pulls up the totally wrong one
There's a bug under E-sign > Request e-signatures. When I choose a template and then proceed to the next dialog, 80% of the time it chooses a totally different template than the one I selected. See attached screen recording.
