Hi Sarah
I tried using it myself and the guidelines are visible for all four sides. Can you please share some files where you see this happening (and also a screenshot of the issue so that I can be sure we are on the same page).
This would help us investigate the issue faster.Regards

Those grey lines are how the right side displays the trim line, each line represents a click on the right up arrow.
So, aside from putting the line in the wrong place, it doesn't refresh the display either.

An error occurred while saving the comment Chris C commentedAlso, if this helps isolate the issue, it seems to be related to a small ultra minimised window that appears occasionally (not always) that seems to be associated with Acrobat.

This appear in the bottom left corner. If I maximise to fullscreen it is blank, if I close it there doesn't appear to be any ill effect, but suddenly I can drag and drop while in mission control again. An error occurred while saving the comment Chris C commentedHi Ankit
The issue persists outside of fullscreen mode. I have made a video demonstrating it, and linked it here: https://adobe.ly/2EsjTK4Thank you.

Well, now it's not displaying the preview guides at all, so I suppose they "fixed" it...
For prepress users, this software goes backwards with every release.
