    Hi,

What's shown in your screenshot is an older version of Acrobat Reader.

Would you please check the version of your Acrobat?

    1. Go to iOS Settings app.
    2. Select Adobe Acrobat.
    3. Check Version.

The last compatible version of Acrobat for your iPad/iPhone running iOS 9.3.5 is *18.07.30*.

You can go to the App Store app on your iPad/iPhone and find Acrobat. If it shows "UPDATE", please update your Acrobat to 18.07.30.

Please let us know if Acrobat 18.07.30 works for you.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

There are two different software licensing models: perpetual and subscription.

    http://blogs.adobe.com/acrolaw/2015/05/a-new-way-to-buy-acrobat-dc-subscription/

Your Acrobat Pro for Student and Teacher is a perpetual software model and does not have access to paid subscriptions for features such as Export PDF, Create PDF, Combine Files, Organize Pages, etc.

You can still use basic features (such as adding comments, filing out form fields, adding signatures, printing, sharing copies of PDF documents) in Acrobat Reader on your iPhone/iPad for FREE.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

“sdílet vyrovnanou kopii“ in Czech is "Share a Flattened Copy" in English.

Would you please take a look at the following document?

Sorry, we don't have the same document written in Czech. But hopefully, the screenshots will help you navigate through the UI.

    Hi,

We just released Acrobat Reader 19.03.00 (containing the fix for the commenting tool bug with Reader Extended PDFs) to the App Store.

Your bug description about Reader Extended PDFs was extremely helpful.

Would you please update to 19.03.00 and let us know if it works for you?

Thank you very much for your help!

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

The screenshot that you attached to the post shows the iOS (not Acrobat) file browser showing Recent.

In the Recent screen, you cannot perform file operations such as Delete, Duplicate, Move, etc.

To delete files that are stored on other cloud storage (such as iCloud Drive)

    1. Launch Apple's "Files" app on your iPad/iPhone.
    2. Select a location (e.g. iCloud Drive).
    3. Tap *Browse* in the bottom bar.
    4. Tap Select in the upper-right corner.
    5. Select files to delete.
    6. Tap Delete in the bottom bar.

Alternatively, you can launch the cloud storage app directly and delete files in the app.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

The operating system requirement for the latest version (19.xx.xx) of Acrobat Reader for iPhone and iPad is iOS 11.2 or newer.

However, you can download the *last compatible version* of Acrobat Reader from the App Store.

The trick is to use the existing Apple ID that is associated with the older versions of Acrobat Reader to download and install the last compatible version from the "Purchased" section of the App Store app on an iPhone/iPad.

    1. Go to iOS Settings.
    2. Tap "iTunes & App Store".
    3. Tap "Apple ID".
    4. Tap "Sign Out".
    5. Sign in with the Apple ID that was previously used to download the older version of Acrobat Reader.
    6. Open the App Store app.
    7. Tap your profile icon.
    8. Tap Purchased.
    9. Find Acrobat Reader in the purchased list.
    10. Download Acrobat Reader.

    Hope this helps.
