    Adobe Acrobat on iOS can be used to fill in the forms.

    Would you be able to share a sample of the pdf form(in case there is no confidential information) with us to replicate the issue at our end?

    On iPad, while viewing a document, you should see a blue button. Tap the button and choose "Fill & Sign". There should be the signature menu item in the top toolbar. If you have an already synched signature, it will appear on choosing the signature option, otherwise you will have an option to create a new one. Let us know if you face difficulties with it.
