    Hi,

    Thanks for using Adobe Acrobat DC.

    Can you please share the below information to debug the issue -

    Please share fiddler logs while you perform the Request signatures workflow. Below are the steps to capture fiddler logs :
    • Download fiddler from: https://www.telerik.com/download/fiddler
    • Run fiddler and go to ‘Tools-> Options’
    • In the HTTPS tab, ensure the checkboxes are checked: ‘Capture HTTPS connects’ and ‘Decrypt HTTPS traffic.
    • Now let fiddler run and launch Acrobat and perform the same operation.
    • Once complete do a save of data by ‘File->Save->All sessions’.
    • Please share this data

    Thanks for using Adobe Acrobat DC and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused due to this bug-

    Can you please share below information to debug the issue ?

    1) Screenshot of font issue .

    2) Is the issue specific to a particular PDF or is seen with all the PDF.

    3) If possible ,can you please share the PDF for which issue is reproducible.

    Hi John ,

    Sorry for the inconvenience you have been facing. In order to reproduce the issue at our end can you please provide us following details :

    1) Steps performed or video of workflow in which issue is encountered.

    2) Is the issue intermittent or consistent?

    3) Acrobat Pro DC build details
    a. For obtaining this information –Launch Acrobat -> Click on Help button on top ->Click on About Adobe Acrobat Pro DC -> Share the screenshot

    4) Share the screenshot of error message .

    5)Is this issue reproducible for all the pdf files? If it specific to certain pdfs, it will be really helpful if you can share a sample pdf (if not confidential). (Mail me at himmitta@adobe.com )

    Could you please help us with below point-

    As you are trying to share the zip file could you please confirm which of the following application are you are using :

    1) Adobe document cloud web application.

    2) Acrobat desktop application.
