7. Unable to use Highlighter/underliner

14. Corruption misuse of a info system labeling a vet with disabilities make false statements .not following.

    Procedure for apporval of data not correct ..rogue ...wide spread corruption bribery. Attack
    Assult ...and soon murder...all carriers all handelers of informatoon stolen from my files ..
    Terrior...no help local or state ..federal ...mark on me ..but only because of the hands that think it goes quiet....no congress there are some who have been closely following guiding ....to uncover the corruption...
