2. Open Secure PDF

   A lot of University and hospital PDFs are 'secure' PDFs that only seem to work on a full version of PDF reader for windows, and will not open at all on the android version. Please can you look into this. It is incredibally annoying having to do all my work on a chromebook, only to then have to go and read 1 document on a PC.

8. Page numbers stay on right side of opened pdf. It will be better if page number hides itself after a small delay.

9. When I try to open a large size pdf file Adobe reader crashes and file can not be opened at all.

10. Crash Report

    Since yesterday reader keeps getting crashed for no apparent reason.
    The current version #19.9 that is available on playstore was updated on 16th November 2019. After update it ran smooth for a week and since yesterday it is not allowing me to open any files whatsoever.
    I have restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled my app but everything in vain.
    Please provide the solution for this.

    I have purchased the year subscription to allow me to export the pdf to excel format. I have received the email to say the purchase was successful but when I click export it just says my order is being processed

16. Reader app runs only in black and white

    Using Reader 19.8 on OnePlus 7 Pro running Oxygen OS 10.0.1. The whole app runs in black and white. Colour visible briefly when opening a file but then fades. Colour fades back in when switching to another app.
