1. Crash Report

   Since yesterday reader keeps getting crashed for no apparent reason.
   The current version #19.9 that is available on playstore was updated on 16th November 2019. After update it ran smooth for a week and since yesterday it is not allowing me to open any files whatsoever.
   I have restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled my app but everything in vain.
   Please provide the solution for this.

4. Purchased export but not saying i have

   I have purchased the year subscription to allow me to export the pdf to excel format. I have received the email to say the purchase was successful but when I click export it just says my order is being processed

7. Reader app runs only in black and white

   Using Reader 19.8 on OnePlus 7 Pro running Oxygen OS 10.0.1. The whole app runs in black and white. Colour visible briefly when opening a file but then fades. Colour fades back in when switching to another app.

13. Bug: When I open a pdf in Android, it creates a copy with ".new.pdf" extension.

    Bug: When I open a pdf in Android, it creates a copy with ".new.pdf" extension. If that file is not deleted, and I open the original again, it creates another file with ".new(1).pdf".

20. Smaller app size for phones with limited memory.

    Currently the app is way too big for phones with little memory. Creating a new app version with smaller size only for viewing PDF files and nothing more would be an excellent option for phones with limited memory space.
