   PERIOD: SHALL NOT EXCEED 21 DAYS FROM THE EFFECTIVE OF COMMENCEMENT OF TRANSACTION

   QUANTITY AND QUALITY INSPECTION: The quantity and quality of product shall be determined by a recognized Surveyor/Inspectors (appointed by Buyer) who shall undertake the inspection; Measuring, Sampling and Testing in the manner customary.

   AMENDMENT AND WAIVERS: The Agreement shall not be amended or modified or any provision thereof waived except in writing and accepted by buyers facilitators party.

   ASSIGNMENTS: The Buyer may, at any time, assign this SALES & PURCHASE AGREEMENT/Contract for MT DAVID AND MT EMMANUEL in total or in portions thereof to any other Company, which can adequately assume the financial requirements and obligations of the Buyer, under the terms of the assignment. A formal Notice of the Assignment shall be submitted to the Buyer which will contain the Assignee’s Company Name, Company Address and Company spokesperson / Official to contact and their telephone and fax numbers and e-mail addresses.

   APPLICABLE LAW: Any dispute arising during the execution of this contract shall be settled amicably. If parties fail to do so, expedite procedure format and all proceedings shall be continued in English and shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Laws of Nigeria.

   FORCE MAJEURE: Neither party to this agreement shall be responsible for breach of contract caused by acts of GOD, Insurrection, Civil war, Military operations, and National or Local emergencies. The parties hereby accept international provisions of force majeure and hardships published by the International Chamber of Commerce.

   NON-CIRCUMVENTION/NON-DISCLOSURE: The undersigned parties do hereby accept and agree to fulfill obligations due to Facilitators. In event of direct or even indirect circumvention through a third party, the circumvented party shall be entitled to legal monetary award equal to the maximum service fees it should have realized from the transaction and no party shall deal with other parties without the consent of the Facilitators.

   • Going for the inspection of MT KING DAVID & MT EMMANUEL and commence payment upon sighting of the oil tanker vessels AND the necessary approved papers by the Owner.

   Net Price: USD 5,200,000.00 (Five million Two hundred thousand dollars only)
   For both vessels which are $2.6M each .

   • Payment terms:
     Commitment of 100% of the total value via transfer and bank guarantee
     Payment to be completed immediately upon finalization at nominated location.

   • Brokerage commission:
     5% of the total value from the buyer to be shared equally amongst them .

4. Acrobat DC Loaded on Android phone file want open needs Acrobat DC. I filled in a Boy Scout Project form on a computer linked to the intern

   Emailed a filled in form from internet connected computer to my Android phone. File comes in about 23 Meg's. I try to view / open it and only a 1meg or less page opens saying Please wait... If your file does not soon appear you will need to load the newest Acrobat DC version. The file never loads. I have the latest Android Acrobat DC app on my phone. I even tried loading and opening the file with Windows aps. It give me only the same one page error.

5. It says I subscribed to something. It has always been free. And I doc am disabled and on a do ed income. Can you please fix that?

   How do I unsubscribe from something that was free? It was a simple touch s teen error& my phone wouldn't back out fast enough. I don't want to subs to be to anything. My husband accidentally subs ribed to a free tmobile lookout service that was already free and they charged us $40.00. Can you please remove this?

If fact there very good recipts of you scan you take a picture . This new paper for there computers starts to dissolve the ink we as consumers are not aware of this problem there starting to see if it's not a credit they cannot return there item even if it's in the time frame of a return or not they have proof and can send it to the manufacturer orthey a store credit or contact the Stores corporate office number and they also will ask for a receipt or proof of purchase . This a new way stores are starting to do business in order to keep their inventory products at a high rate of sales .
   Also this is good for Couples putting all expenses account together or singular .
   I have these amazing ideas . For these type of application for all sectors of women 9r men to keep money from the stores and business to stop coming out with new receipt paper that evenauly dissolves. ( this includes Drs and Pharmacies as well for your medications

9. Characters not displayed

   The Acrobat reader for Android does not display the content of the attached pdf correctly. Specifically the characters are not displayed. I'm attaching also a screenshot of the opened pdf in the Acrobat Reader and, for comparison, a screenshot from a Google Drive PDF viewer in which the pdf is displayed as I expect.

    I want Android adobe ppf reader to be able to update the file I have just changed on the Cloud. It says it does automatically this but it doesn't. It is located in the Cloud section.
    Am using a Nexus tablet with a fully up to date app.
    It also lost data - the bookmarks I added and changed the names on to serve as a quick index. Opened it up again and they weren't there...

14. You need a search box under your Help section for people that don't have time to read every section to find an answer.

    There needs to be a search box to help people find what there looking for and make it more user friendly. Not everyone is a tech genius or has time to search through every category for the answer they need.

    This f****** app sucks you can't send it through a text you can't open it from the other end the person tries to download it downloads it cuts off this is the worst f****** s*** ever
