1. video visits i have online not working

   I have video visits with smartjailmail.com. this is the only way I can so visits with my husband that's incarcerated. The first didnt work then it started working then I had a phone call come in in one of the visits now it's not working again. What's the issue

2. voice memo they can be transferred and print it off on paper by computer and then signed as a document legally

   voice recorder to take notes or make statements that the computer can then print out on paper and they can be legally notarized and signed a legal document.

18. Bug Report: Can't access Document Cloud login from App

    I cannot get to the Document Cloud or log back into it through the acrobat for android app it logged me off and keeps saying "an error occurred while authenticatkng plesse try again later" None of the troubleshooting hss helped. I can get to the docs from my browser logging in but the functionality is very different than througn the app
