1. When I edit a file adobe saves the thing to another location

   If I edit a file after download it saves the file to an unknown location, when I reopen the the file, all the edits I made are gone... Please add a "save to" feature so that I can decide for myself where I want adobe to save my files after I edit them! This is so frustrating, I make notes in class and the next thing everything is gone... wasting 2+ hours of class note taking.

2. Opens only downloaded files / cammot open a file from the internet

   When there is an online pdf that I wanna open, I click on it and I have 2 choices on my galaxy note 4: "Download" or "Adobe Acrobat Reader". If I download the pdf first and then open it, it works. But if I try to open it without saving it to my phone it won't open and a message pops out that says I have to save the file. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN ON PREVIOUS VERSIONS! And I don't feel like saving every pdf that I open! Please get it fixed...

5. Disable/add pref. for default file-based screen rotate introduced at the end of october 2018

   Last October 2018 updates introduced a dreadful "optimization" that cannot be disabled for now : rotating display automatically for some pdf.

   When opening a file, I get a message "Switching orientation for a better reading experience" (or "Changement d'orientation pour une meilleure expérience de lecture" in french).

   Now for most of the files, I have to either to disable auto-rotate in android prefs (to lock portait mode), or rotate the phone for 10-15 seconds to go back to portrait, until the app finally "agrees" to rotate. This is a pain to work around this "feature", and makes my experience much worse.
   This is bad design : making too many assumptions about user & usage leaves the user with a much less flexible app.

   Please add either a simple button to rotate file view (not one that requires subscription or buying anything to simply VIEW files),
   or a preference to disable file-based auto-rotate,
   or simply remove this dreadful optimization !

7. Text to Speech

   On the app I am unable to find a text to speech function for PDF's. The scenario is - Open Adobe Scan > Scan a letter > Save as PDF > Open in Adobe Acrobat and I then require the PDF to be Read Out Loud. I'm working on a Samsung S7 Edge. Is there a way to make this happen?

8. Read out load on Android App.

   I am in the car a ton and have to review many legal documents that have been scanned to me in PDF. I would love the abililty to have it read to me in the car like a book or something. Even if it is a paid feature. What a time saver.

9. Smarter night mode

   Some PDF have colour-emphasized texts in red or some other colours which are greyed out in the night mode of the app. There should be an option to filter out those texts, like iPhone's 'Smart invert' for PDFs.

10. Please support all fields types, including radio buttons AND CALCULATED FIELDS

    Adobe Reader for iOS supports most or all field types, including calculated fields. Adobe Reader for Android does not.

    I need my clients to be able to work with interactive forms that include radio buttons and calculated fields -- on their Android devices.

12. Embed link in pdf to open contact on Android phone

    I have a pdf with about 700 contacts listed. I have manually added links to every phone number & every address, but it takes about 20 hours to do! If there was a way to add a link to each contact that would automatically open up my android contacts, that would be the most simple solution! When the contact would be open, I could choose which number to call, or which address to navigate to.

    Another solution would be to automatically add links that would be sent to the phone dialer, and the addresses would automatically open up the gps when tapped. Is this possible??!

13. !!BUG!! Conflicted Copy

    I read and annotate my PDFs located in my Dropbox. After leaving the PDF, the Adobe app automatically uploads (replaces) the entire file to Dropbox. Great!

    The problem: Sometimes I get a Conflicted Copy. That basically means that it cannot replace the file because it's being open in a different program, so Dropbox preserves the both files and renames the newest one Conflicted Copy while retaining the original as it was.

    The suspected cause is quite obvious. The file isn't open in another program but in the very same one that wants to make the change. The PDF is around 15MB. Adobe doesn't have an upload bar which would indicate the % of how much of the file has been uploaded. It just doesn't show!

    When I press back when reading, it brings me to my Recent. After, about 20–30 seconds it says file uploaded successfully. However, if I'd pressed Home instead of Back, I am not sure would it be uploading.

    So the problem in the nutshell is that you read a book, exit, the upload fails sometimes (but you are unawares), you return to read book, upload resumes (you are still unawares) and boom Conflicted Copy is created.

    It really creates a lot of hassle. For example my conflicted copy contained 3 hours if my new annotations.

    I would suggest making the upload process entirely visible, so we know when it's uploaded.

14. Search rtl (right to left) Languages issue

    When I want to search artl language the search results are exactly about the inversed text I searched.
    For example l search 102 and the app searches for 201.but this example was in Eng. but my really searching Language was a right to left Language.

15. Fluid Design

    On small devices(Phones/Tablets) there is a need that content rendering should automatically respond to zoom capabilities in reading mode for comfortable reading. The user experience otherwise is static concept hardwired to layout remains far from desired to appreciate as comfortable.

19. BUG: Populated fields dont display properly on Android tablet

    I have a couple of Galaxy Tab A's and i updated Adobe Acrobat on all of them over the weekend.

    Ever since then whenever i click into a populated box the text glues to the left side of the box. Please see the screenshots.

    Please find a fix for this as i need it to work as flawlessly as it did before.
