I was on Adobe Acrobat for years. Bought a new tablet, lost Adobe Acrobat & all PDF's. Tried to sign up for a new account, received notification that I already have an account. All I am trying to do is peruse some of the data stored in the PDF's that should be on the existing account but am having no luck. I am an 83 year old computer novice & need HELP ! ! !.
