Remove Liquid Mode
Please remove Liquid Mode.
Liquid Mode looks awful, it doesn't function properly, and it constantly nags for me to use it. I will never want to use Liquid Mode because it breaks formatting, it displays charts and equations incorrectly, and it's visually appalling. Furthermore, it constantly asks me to try it out (regardless of if I have already done so), but why would I want to use a broken feature?
Liquid Mode violates the whole philosophy behind pdf, which is to bake every aspect of a document's formatting into the file format so that it will display properly on any device. Liquid Mode defeats the purpose of having PDFs entirely. Make a new file format if you want to offer Liquid Mode.
This has been on my mind for quite some time now.
Thank you.

Why are the only options, in 2024, to use it once it use it always. I NEVER want to use it, but it pops up every time and there is no quick exit to the pop up. About to get something else to read PDFs. I read sci articles all the time, and I want them as they are. Stop forcing this with no reprieve!!!

It is absolutely terrible - I have no idea whose idea it was, that they hold on to it so desperately - or at least implement an option for it to be optional rather than being harrowed with it every single time.
It's distracting annoying and counter productive -

Liquid mode is terrible, please kill it. My PDFs are already well-formatted!

I can understand the one developer who invented the Liquid mode and his philosophy but I am very disappointed that the app keeps suggesting to use liquid mode. Why can't you measure the Nano seconds I take to press the Liquid mode off button? Why is there no don't suggest liquid mode in settings? This should be profile wide setting. Even the work version of app bothers and that obnoxious tooltip that shows up over half the document when opens has to go. This is not fair. You are forcing us to use something that is absolutely garbage. I'm switching to alternate Pdf app.

Seriously- liquid mode is the worst. It would make me now buy the product if I have to deal with it all the time

Or optionally :
1 allow the creator to have the ability to disable it
AND
2 allow the user to see a prompt from the creator and then choose liquid mode explicitly

At least have an option to disable it.. or stop demanding you use it every time you open a doc!

It covers half of my screen when I try to view a document, and I need multiple clicks to get rid of it. A simple "don't ask again" option would be acceptable. I only use acrobat when I have no other option because of this.

Yes! This is something I wholeheartedly agree with and would prefer to have my PDFs stop asking me to turn it into "Liquid Mode" every time I open a file. It's not a total annoyance.
