BUG: background printing error
In our products, we use Acrobat Reader's background printing to print PDF files to the default printer. However, with Acrobat Reader version 2023.006.20320, background printing is no longer functioning properly, causing disruptions in our application's operation.
Here is what we currently know:
- Background printing works fine when Acrobat Reader is already running.
- After updating to version 2023.006.20320, it initially works correctly, but the issue arises after restarting the PC.
- Even when using the print menu that appears when right-clicking a PDF file in Explorer, the same problem occurs.
Please provide guidance on how to work around this issue, if possible. We kindly request expedited resolution of this problem.
