To log into Outlook without a verification code, visit the Microsoft account sign-in page and enter your email. If you're prompted for a verification code but don’t have access to your phone or alternate email, click the "I don't have any of these" option. You’ll be guided through account recovery options, such as answering security questions or providing previous passwords. If you've set up trusted devices, try logging in from one of those. As a last resort, contact Microsoft support for help in verifying your identity and regaining access to your account without the code.
