  13. No Adobe Acrobat Pro Dc on mobile devices

    Hi, I recently encrypted a file through certificate encryption on my PC using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC but unfortunately when I try viewing it on my mobile devices (tablet and smartphone) using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, it gives an error message that says "The document has features that are not supported in this version of Adobe Acrobat"

    How do I open the file?

    My mobile devices have the latest version available on Google playstore. I created numerous certificates changing versions of Adobe that can open it etc so as to try and make the file compatible on all my devices.

    There should be an option to sync files this large if you will not let us upload a file this large to the cloud?
    I am thinking of unsubscribing to adobe.

  20. Share option not clearly visible

    1. Share options display pop-up is not clearly visible, especially in bright environments.
    2. On pressing the share option while reading a document a pop-up appears with options to invite people, get link, and share. Pressing on share, a pop-up appears with share options but this display font colour is grey and not visible. It's really hard to read especially in bright environments.
    3. I'm using an android device.
