For a new feature request:
- Brief title
- Description of desired feature
- Why the feature is needed
For a new bug:
- Brief title
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
- Expected result
- Observed result

convert the third file to pdf
i converted 2 files but i want to convert the third file it keep saying contact customer care for assistance and now i dont know what to do please help ...

Problem to convert in pdf
Hi, how come I can't anymore convert a 120Mo PPT file into pdf ? It used to worked those lat months.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We do allow conversion of PPT to PDF with file size upto 100 MB. Acrobat Web dont allow to convert for more than 100 MB file.
