New version is close to unusable
You should immediately fire anyone and everyone who thought this new version of Acrobat was even remotely usable. Everyone at our company hates it. This is the first time in years that I am actually looking for a product other than Adobe.

I have never seen a website as ****** as adobe's. Somehow this website is slower than dell and more dysfunctional than HP while uglier than NVIDIA.

very annoying
absolutely a pain in the neck. Sticks all the time. Supposedly you can save files to the 'creative cloud' (why do you not have names that links to your products - is this an acrobat cloud in which case why don't you call it that) and anyway despite saving no files appear. Really a very annoying app. And the basic and the pro and the reader and the DC - how many version of this thing are there?

Adobe is a bloodsucking monster!
I am using a top of the line MacBook pro and have maximum Xfinity WiFi speed with extenders. This service is still unreasonably slow, and I would prefer to cancel except you lock me in after the 14 day trial period for a year? I will warn the world about you on all social media outlets!

It doesn't convert Russian!

So wird das nichts!!!!!!!
Ich versuche jetzt schon zum 7. mal meine Zahlungsdaten zu aktualisieren um den Betrag abbuchen zu lassen. Es kommt immer die Meldung das es bearbeitet wird und dann passiert nichts. So geht das jetzt schon fast 3Monate. Jetzt wollte ich PayPal nutzen aber denkste wieder läuft es ins Leere. Nun hab ich die Nase voll und nutze ein anderes Programm!!!!!!!!!!

0/10 - So difficult to use, locks you into an online version of pdf editor. literally usless for working on site. cannot figure out how to access the actual pdf editor without it trying to send me to a website. have to cancel payments and choose another product. useless.

Improvement needs
The login requires entering the password twice which is unusual.
Most importantly the back button at the top left corner requires you login again. Every time. With passwords required twice. This MUST change.
It requires 6 clicks to ultimately get to a template. This is so lame.
The formatting enlarges at the final send screen and doesn’t adjust.
I could go on but these are the biggest hassle.1 voteHi David,
W.R.T. password required twice, is it once for Acrobat Web https://documentcloud.adobe.com and once for Adobe Sign mobile app (as mentioned in your other post)? We will look into improving the experience.
Could you please provide more details for the other issues?
- 6 clicks to get to a template: is it regarding the navigation from Home page to the template Actions like “Use Template” in Documents page?
- The formatting enlarges: is it the screen after you send for signature? Could you please share a screenshot?

There is no way to remove the ****** floating menu when opening a pdf. Get rid of that garbage and show where the preferences can be changed at.
