Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

The UserVoice feedback pages are for feature requests and bug reports only. If your submission is not a product feature, suggestion or product question, it may be removed. Only upload content that you have permission to use and refrain from posting personal information (home address, phone number, email address, serial number, or credit card information). Spam, content that promotes illegal activity, vulgar or abusive language, or fraudulent or phishing links are not allowed on this platform.

  1. This is the most frustrating system I've ever used. I can't even access my files that way you have me set up here. Please stop charging me $14.99 a month for such lousy service Adobe!

  2. I am not sure why there is a subscription fee charged to my AMEX card. Kindly verify is this a legitimated transaction from Adobe as I do not recall any subscription I have undertaken with Adobe.

    Kindly advise and cancel my subscription if any.

    Thanks for reaching out to us. We can see active subscription on the user via which you added the post in User forum. If you would like to discontinue the subscription purchased, please follow below steps -


    Check the services in your Adobe account here https://account.adobe.com/. Open the link and sign in with the same email address you used for the trial application.

    If you were using the trial service with a different email address, please use the steps suggested in the following help document to cancel the plan: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html.

    There are no charges for the free service. You get charged only when the trial period ends.

    For the charges that occurred from your credit card, please get in touch with our billing team to get this checked. You may connect with the team via the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html or may reach out via phone using…

  3. I only show one activated device, yet Adobe tells me that I have too many activated devices? How do I fix this?

    Thanks for reach out to us. For iPad, you should be able to use acrobat.adobe.com on your browser or acrobat app from app store. Please let us know if this suffice your need otherwise, we would be happy to assist you on cancellation.

  5. Adobe online account and desktop account keeps crashing. I've done everything I needed to do to uninstall restart clean and fix it. Paying for pro DC and nothing works online or on desktop application.

  6. Trying to purchase and use your product is an unending nightmare! I have paid and opended difrrent acounts using the following emails to no avail. Linda@FoleyPeden.Com
    Linda@ChezemFarms.com, Linda.Chezem@Gmail.com. and Lchezem@Aol.com. Surely, you have a better solutn than telling me that I may be a victim of fraud.
