If you do not want to do a survey, then it's okay, but If you take the survey, you will give them some feedback, then they will better their organization's services. So indirectly, you are favoring them. If I visit any restaurant or store in my daily life, then I must share my experience with them on their official survey website. Last week I visited Lowe's home improvement store with my wife to buy some products for my kitchen. After completing my shopping & returning home, I accessed the Lowes official survey website ( Here it is https://lowescomsurvey.co/ ) and shared my store-visiting experience with them. Luckily, I was short-listed to win a $500 lowes gift card.
