Some users see Read Only with Adobe Document Cloud Even though they have enough privileges on the document
We are on the Office 365 and Some of our users can't annotate the PDF (Read Only) even though they have Contribution rights to a PDF. They can even delete a PDF but when we use the Adobe Document Cloud Plugin, we see 'Read Only' This is only for specific users.

Comments auto-generated from CAD make reading plans and drawings impossible.
Comments seem to have been auto-generated from AutoCAD text/objects which has resulted in the PDF being COVERED in comment symbols. This makes it completely useless for use in reviewing architectural drawings - which is the main thing our construction company would be using this for.
