Integration with Box malfunctioning
The integration between Box and Adobe Acrobat does NOT work anymore as of 10/9/23. My administrator let me know to not use this function. It would have been much better for us utilize this function, as our office heavily uses and relies on this function. I can't add "BOX" to file storage in Adobe Acrobat DC
When I tried to add "BOX" to file storage in Adobe Acrobat DC, I got an error message "disabled by administrator".
I checked with my Box reseller and got the following answer.
"Adobe Acrobat DC is identified by BOX as an unpublished application, and obtain a client ID for this application from the application vendor."What is the Client ID for BOX of this application?
Althogh your customer support instructed us to do the following, which did not improve the situation
1.Clear the browser cache
