  2. AI assistance should be opt-in not opt-out

    The intrusion of AI assistance (or offloading) needs to be offered, not inserted. If a reader wants to find AI assisted gimmicks, they can opt-in to them, rather than needing to opt-out (by "closing the bar").

  8. No one is using adobe for your AI tools

    AI this AI that. AI just want you to get these bars and pop ups off my document. AI am just trying to read something. Extremely annoying!

  9. AI Pop Up Takes Up Screen Space

    I do not like the AI pop up at the bottom of documents each time I open them. I always have to click the three dots to make it disappear as this search box takes up precious screen space. If I want to "ask AI," there is the pink/purple button at the top where it does not take up screen space. Please see if we can permanently remove this at all times.

  10. Software access and popups

    I have an account with Adobe, and I want to share my frustration with the overall experience.

    The ongoing login issues, constant pop-ups asking me to purchase additional subscriptions, and repeated feedback prompts have made this product very frustrating to use. What has happened to this company?

    Adobe used to make excellent products that simply worked. Over the past several years, however, the user experience has declined significantly. I want software that I can open and use without having to jump through so many hoops or dismiss so many promotional pop-ups.

  12. Unable to edit/combine/modify

    The restrictions are too tight. I have a work related account. I've been able to combine, edit, save, modify documents. Now that I have changed computer and relogged into my account all of the above is restricted. Affecting the work I achieve every day - why are we making it harder to do normal tasks?

    I've disabled your **** *** ai services, if the pop ups continue to show (see below example) I'm going to use an entirely different pdf reading program. ******** with the ai. I don't have time to have your **** *** ai misconstrue or misinterpret my data.

  17. Unable to Convert Large ChatGPT Threads to PDF With Adobe Acrobat

    Hello Adobe Support,

    I am contacting you because I am having an ongoing issue using Adobe Acrobat to convert large webpages into PDF files, specifically long ChatGPT conversation threads.

    One of the main reasons I purchased Adobe Acrobat was to reliably save important webpages and long chat records as complete PDFs. However, when the webpage is large, Acrobat is not able to complete the PDF conversion properly. The conversion either fails, cuts off content, or does not capture the full thread.

    This is very frustrating because the exact issue I am trying to resolve requires preserving large ChatGPT chat threads…

  18. Remove AI Assistant

    Please allow a way to relocate or remove the AI assistant icon.
    IT is not a function I want to use it and every time I open a file and go to print or save all of the icons jump to the left because the AI assistant icon pops up! It is incredibly annoying when this happens dozens of time a day.

  20. Stop with the AI popups!! We know the stupid button is there!

    Please. Please. PLEASE. STOP WITH THE AI ASSIST POPUPS!!! If I want to use it, I can click the stupid button. It is brightly colored and obvious. I am not clicking is because I do not want to use it so WHY IS IT ALWAYS ON MY SCREEN ANYWAY?! If anything, I want to be able to remove the button from the ribbon out of sheer spite. Why all you tech giants think your users are drooling to use AI for EVERY SINGLE DOCUMENT is ridiculous.
