I recently saw a few styles on their website and they caught my eye, but I am not sure if it is worth the money.   6. AI assistant refused to summarise

    Your AI assistant refused to summarise the article and answer my questions because 'Some content in the document, question, and/or answer violates the User Guidelines.' Utterly ridiculous. This article (and the research I'm working on) area about studying antisemitism - in order to combat it.

  8. AI Assistant Not Working

    I'm paying monthly for AI Assistant and it has not been working this entire day so far. I was happy to have found it as it helps with my job, but why pay for it when it works off and on?? Frustrating.

    OMG i wrote so many notes in the f pdf on chrome and the web suddenly stop responding and i wait for f 10 minutes, refresh and everything gone. WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFff, worst product ever omg cant believe i bought ur shares....................   13. AI pop-up during search is annoying

    The "Looking for an answer? Ask our AI Assistant!" pop-up that occurs when I use the CMMD+F search field is REALLY annoying. It is getting in the way of my work and I need a way to close the pop-up for the rest of my session. It is obnoxious

  14. Saving a file

    there used to be an icon that looked like a disc to click to save the doc where I wanted. Now I can't find any was to save it.

  15. Remove AI

    Remove the AI Assistant button. I will never use AI, my organization has stringent policies around AI and it worries me to even open business data now because I fear it's being fed into this AI nonsense. It's also just an additional button taking up space on an already cluttered UI. I should at the least have the option to disable it.

  17. Unable to turn off AI Assistant

    I cant turn off the AI assistant. It really annoys me as it slows me down every time I want to print a new document. The instructions on the web make it look ease but the feature to turn off this annoyance is not found in my preferences menu.

  19. Options to save pdf not available

    Sorry but I have no idea how to save a pdf document to a folder in my personal device other than converting it to a Word document. None of the options from searching how to save a copy are available. There is no "hamburger" menu, no Save a Copy option, no save to computer option from the upper right
