  1. new look hard to use

    i need to revert back to old look and cant all my tools are hard to use, i can no longer copy and paste and i cant even find my save button

  4. activate button doesn't work

    when i click on activate account it takes me to a new page where it tries to sell me more insurance products. It doesn't activate anything.

    Remove the AI. Didn't need it before. Don't now. It's an annoying pop-up ad now. Just low class and spammy.

  6. needs improvement

    The mousewheel scroll function is HORRIBLE.

    The extra loading time for all of the AI bloatware features is super frustrating, especially when it hangs.

    It now opens at the end of a row of tabs instead of beside the one that its linked from.

    One star - do not recommend.

  10. Unable to edit/combine/modify

    The restrictions are too tight. I have a work related account. I've been able to combine, edit, save, modify documents. Now that I have changed computer and relogged into my account all of the above is restricted. Affecting the work I achieve every day - why are we making it harder to do normal tasks?

  11. Cancel Subsctiption

    I just paid for a monthly subscription to convert files, etc. Nothing online is working to remove your Welcome screen and I've just spent 40 minutes with Adobe not working. I've got to cancel and find something that will work without this kind of timely
    annoyance.

  13. Regression in Adobe Acrobat Chrome extension - verified and reproducible

    We believe we've identified a regression in the Adobe Acrobat Chrome extension reproducable in the recent 26.8.1.4 release.

    Our web application generates PDF reports in response to an authenticated HTTP POST. (Not a GET)

    The server returns the PDF successfully. However, when the Adobe extension is enabled, immediately after the successful POST, the browser performs an unexpected GET request to the same URL.

    This GET fails because the endpoint is POST-only.

    When the Adobe extension is disabled, the unexpected GET does not occur, and the application functions normally.

  14. Poor print quality

    When pdf documents open in my web browser (Chrome) they look sharp, but when I print from the browser the print quality drops significantly. The resulting prints are very pixelated and low quality.

  15. Craftsman T1400

    My neighbor gave me his Craftsman T1400 lawn mower. While I was removing the deck to replace the blades, I noticed the drive belt had some cracks.
    The mower is running fine so far, so I'm wondering if I should replace it now or wait until it breaks.

    Please stop asking me to use the AI feature. The top and bottom popups are becoming annoying. I close them every time.

  19. Unable to Convert Large ChatGPT Threads to PDF With Adobe Acrobat

    Hello Adobe Support,

    I am contacting you because I am having an ongoing issue using Adobe Acrobat to convert large webpages into PDF files, specifically long ChatGPT conversation threads.

    One of the main reasons I purchased Adobe Acrobat was to reliably save important webpages and long chat records as complete PDFs. However, when the webpage is large, Acrobat is not able to complete the PDF conversion properly. The conversion either fails, cuts off content, or does not capture the full thread.

    This is very frustrating because the exact issue I am trying to resolve requires preserving large ChatGPT chat threads…

  20. Adobe is a **** product when you save work and reload hours later all of the work is gone.

    By ensuring that my completed work doesn't get deleted as I tried to save it. **** product, and of course there is no way of restoring it.
