Tilauksen peruutus ei onnistu
Haluaisin lopettaa Acrobat Standard-tilauksen. Tarkoitus oli ottaa vain kokeilujakso, mutta peruutus ei onnistu. Kun valitsen lopeta sopimus, ohjelma ei etene vaiheeseen, jossa annettaisiin peruutuksen syy ja vahvistus, vaan jää pyörimään tuntikausiksi, etenemättä mihinkään. Haluan lopettaa tilauksen, sillä minulla ei ole käyttöä sovellukselle. Nyt ensimmäinen kk-maksu jo veloitettiin, ja mielellään haluaisin siitä palautuksen. Mikä neuvoksi?

Unwanted Pop-Ups
I don't want distracting "AI Tool" pop-ups if I turned them off in my settings, especially for the extension in my browser.
It moves the documents I read or blocks the bottom scroll bar, making this an unwanted interruption or distraction when reading documents!35 votes -

Program providing inaccurate information on PURPOSE!
The program is purposely giving me inaccurate information because I questioned its ability to provide accurate information. I am paying for this service, and at this point, I would think you guys have the bugs figured out. If this is a joke, then don't worry. I have been speaking highly of this program and how it can help students, but if this is going to give false information... then what? I do not have time to keep doing this!

AI assistant error
Ai assistant appears to be broken within the chrome browser extension. Will not accept any prompt. Interface seems totally broken. No error codes are thrown.
When you load a document I try the following:
1) Press one of the prompts that come up automatically
2) The chat box area appears to accept the prompt, however no text is added to the question area.
3) It resets back to the panel when you first press "Ask AI assistant"
4) Will not accept any prompts or inputs on the Ai panel after this

En el desarrollo del la producción , se hace visible el cumplimiento de la consigna logrando un texto solvente desde lo conceptual , con claras y pertinentes referencias teóricas y negociaciones de sentidos entre la experiencias y las referencias teóricas aportadas. Como indicación de mejora, quedaría citar la bibliografía empleada al finalizar el trabajo.

Signature Image Unavailable
Unable to locate settings allowing insertion of signature within an image. Many of the Acrobat DC and Pro features are unavailable.

Issues using when changed how page looks
I opened a PDF Process Information Diagram, and then when trying to manipulate it, and save it. I opened it again, and it had all these call out looking things al over the page. I dont know why. This is difficult.

this AI chat is useless. It couldnt answer any questions and because it isnt set up properly you only allow a few questions to be answered so your token cost doesnt go up. but i cant get pam to work on our account and was looking for basic info to find out how.

Your "gift" of Talk their Type was useless because it was so large it would only print part of the page, and that in huge letters. My settings were fine on everything else. very disappointed.
