the new interface is poorly designed and wastes my time
The new interface is totally confusing. The save and print icons are on the opposite side! I am not used to this and it slows productivity. Where is the Zoom button???? What was once easy is now a pain.

Product I paid for doesn't work
I do not understand this product. I have paid for Acrobat Pro and every time I try to use it it leads me to a page to purchase it AGAIN! this is soooo frustrating. Why won't it work? how do i get to use the product that I was charged for?

Poor upgrade experience
Inconsistent shortcuts across multiple machines on the same account - such as ctrl + 2 to zoom... Difficult to access known tools readily available on earlier versions. Even using this forum is not intuitive.

Lack of Help and comments on Cloud Storage
Where is help located? - should be obvious, it is not.
Where is save-as? Since I couldn't find help, I couldn't figure it out myself.
Interacting with Adobe desktop version, Edge add on, and Adobe Cloud storage is very cumbersome and not integrated well. Just another place to store documents in addition to my computer documents folder, download folder, Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and One Note which are all used extensively by Purdue. What a mess!

Unable to share comments to a PDF in SharePoint
This may be an Adobe thing or a SharePoint thing.
I generated a review PDF from RoboHelp and posted it to SharePoint.
When I leave a comment, it is not visible to the other reviewers. I am required to save a local copy only.This is very frustrating. I can leave comments on SharePoint documents for other types of files. Is this a SharePoint restriction, an Adobe restriction, or a RoboHelp review process restriction?
