For the love of Allah, make the sign-in experience smoother and QA test the **** out of it. THis is incredibly miserable.
Your adobe reader does not sign in at all, I have been trying to sign into my account through the web journey and then go back to the app to load my account and for YEARS it has never been able to do that, do you guys even have a QA team? If you do, you should fire them all. Miserable UX. You all should be fired. I use a Lenovo Yoga laptop. I have not once had a smooth sign-in experience from my laptop.
