  4. Paperless fail due to 8.5x14 layout

    I tried a Paperless setting to save you the expense of mailing my statements, but I discovered that I could not print them at home because my printer doesn't print 8.5x14 documents. Most printers these days don't print 8.5x14. If it made me switch back to paperless, there are likely others in the same boat.

    Would you consider changing your layout to a more common size to make paperless more user-friendly?

  7. Dislike links in emails vs PDF

    I do not like sending links. I want to email attachments. I am going to be forced to stop using adobe if i have to dlownload a file to attach it to an email.

    Really am not happy with the change of bookmarks...not even sure how to use this feature anymore....my computer crashed and when returned I ended up with creative cloud...now trying to relearn a program in the height of my season... some items looked nice...I am just to busy now to relearn something I once knew...ugh

  15. No direct access to Adobe Cloud Storage from browser extension

    There is no direct or intuitive access to our Adobe Cloud Storage and we have to open the Adobe Acrobat DC desktop app separately every time. Accessing our Adobe Cloud Storage, uploading files to it, and managing the folder structure is a fundamental usability requirement.

    So Adobe, tell me, what's the point of having a browser version without direct access to file storage?

  16. Sucks

    This new version is very hard to figure out. I could put my curser at the bottom of the old version to find out what size the page was. Not showing where the edge of the sheet is on the main view. Tried to delete a border, it was selected and nothing happened. Opened it in the old view hit delete and it was gone. New isn't always better.

  17. Search box problem

    Hi there, after one of the recent updates to the Chome extension of Adobe Acrobat (sometime in the past 12 months) the word search in PDF documents changed for non-English characters (I'm experiencing this with Hebrew, but I bet this happens in Arabic and other right-to-left type languages as well). Now if I'd like to search for example, for the word שלום it would yield no results, even if the the word is clearly in the text, but would find it if typed backwards, as םולש. Needless to say, if I download the PDF and run the search on the…

  18. Compress a PDF option misleading

    I tried to compress a document and it showed me it will compress from 3MB to 1.3MB. It only went down to R2.8MB that is not good.
