Cancel the latest Chrome update [MAY 2023]
Absolutely HATE the new Chrome extension. It loads slower, it has unnecessary side menu taking up space, it makes the zoom and page menus smaller, puts them on the side, and makes them harder to use when indeed those are the main menu items most of us use when reading PDFs. Just overall absolutely awful update, a colossal failure. Don't know who designed this, but fire them immediately, and cancel this latest Chrome update, as it is absolutely horrible, and will just alienate regular long-time users. Thank you.

Error with highlighting sentences
Using Adobe Acrobat on the web, and text selection is not polished! Takes a few tries to highlight a sentence. Please refer to the video attached.

Link breaks due missing hyphen
This Chrome Extension is breaking a link by removing a hyphen in the URL path when the user clicks on it. On the page, it may appear that this hyphen is due to words wrapping to a new line but it is in fact part of the URL path and should not be removed.

Copied text is pasted without spaces
Hello. I am using Ubuntu 20.04. I've added Acrobat plugin to my Chrome browser. Everything works fine except the fact that copied text from PDF is pasted without spaces. PDF file itself is not the problem: same file opened in default Chrome pdf browser/Okular can be copied and pasted without any problem. Please tell me how can I fix this problem.

Search field odd size
Search field seems to exceed the pane left and right, not possible to resize or move it, or see what you're typing (all appears off screen)

Public URL distorted in Address Bar making Sharing PDF location difficult!
I absolutely HATE the fact the URL changes to some non-public internal URL that I can't easily copy and paste to share. When I click on a URL link on a website to open a PDF, I fully expect the URL to remain the public URL so I can copy the address bar to enter the location in an email or chat etc. Instead, the in-browser PDF viewer changes the URL to a internal chrome-extension URL which obviously cannot be shared with others. Come on developers... this is obvious stuff and a horrible user experience.

Too many steps to print.
"Print this file" should be one of the first available options when a new window with a PDF opens. Why does it take multiple clicks to quickly print something? The majority of the time when opening a PDF, it's either to read it or print it. It's a top option on the Edge plugin. Not sure why it's so convoluted for Chrome.

Slow to load and print
Ever since this extension installed itself on my browser it takes much longer for PDFs to load. I also have to click the print icon repeatedly before it will finally print anything. I never had these problems until this extension installed itself a week or so ago. I run an etsy business that generates customer shipping labels as PDFs so these problems slow down my work day and it becomes very frustrating very quickly.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Requesting you to share some additional details with us and try a troubleshooting step to help you further -
- Can you please share the PDF URL (if it is not confidential) OR share the exact steps to reproduce the issue?
- Also, can you please open these browser settings - chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments and check if the following setting for opening PDFs in browser is enabled "Open PDFs in Chrome". If not, please toggle from "Download PDFs" to "Open PDFs in Chrome". Now, please try to open PDFs in the Acrobat Viewer and print again.
Hoping the above will resolve your issue. Requesting you to please confirm to us by reverting back if your issue is resolved.

How do I stop the **** tour! Old app was better
I hate the new layout and I cannot get the tour prompt to stop displaying every single time I open the application! Getting to the tools was much easier before.

PDF Element 9 AI Popups blocking use of program
I have had PDF Element 9 for months, but now can not use it because of your AI pop up ad (which appears to be forcing customers to upgrade in order to remove the pop up. How do I remove the pop up when I start PDF Element 9?

The updates are terrible and cause a lot of compatibility problems. I HATE that I have to close the Welcome to Acrobat bar every single time I open a PDF. I HATE that I have to "tell" the document to "Open on Desktop" so I can edit in the actual application instead of a web browser window. Really, really dislike current version.
