  1. Terrible service

    Not ask people to log in to open a standard pdf. That is the most outrageous step backwards it literally made me swear outloud and immeadiatlely cancle adobe acrotbat pro. Why pay 20 and month to make expirience worse? Stupendously agressively bad design.

  2. Please eliminate the file path character limit (that includes windows folders, and subfolders.

    Please eliminate the file character limit for pdfs saved in windows folders, that includes the length of the name in the folders and sub folders.

  3. Hate the new version!!!! Give us the option for the old! Nothing is where it's supposed to be. Doesn't have the same functions. This sucks!

    This new version is absolutely horrible and not even remotely user friendly. I've used Adobe every work day for the past 8 years at least, and now I can't find any tool I've historically used on a daily basis. Please provide for a choice to have "historical view". Based on Google searches, the instructions from "Bhwana" from 10/30/2023 said to find the "Menu" on the top left corner of windows, which I don't even see. This change has made me absolutely miserable. 0/10!!!!

  5. Can't open in desktop app

    Why can I no longer open a pdf to my desktop app? I don't want to download everything - I just want to view!

  6. Lousy - how do I do the simplest of things - save a file

    All I want to do is save the document I downloaded, as I used to be able to do.

  7. For the love of Allah, make the sign-in experience smoother and QA test the **** out of it. THis is incredibly miserable.

    Your adobe reader does not sign in at all, I have been trying to sign into my account through the web journey and then go back to the app to load my account and for YEARS it has never been able to do that, do you guys even have a QA team? If you do, you should fire them all. Miserable UX. You all should be fired. I use a Lenovo Yoga laptop. I have not once had a smooth sign-in experience from my laptop.

  10. PDFs are incredibly laggy. Impossible to scroll.

    Adobe is incredibly laggy with EVERY documents. It is very annoying. Please address this issue.

    The tool cannot show Latin Extended characters. his should not be acceptable in year 2024.

  13. Make it so a blank doc from files can be dropped or pasted into ADOBE. Must use monthly so I want it to be smooth and fluent from now on.

    I have to use a DOC from the BACB website to record my monthly supervised hours. It is a problematic each time. The percentages are changed after I begin to fill out the doc, or it will say "errors exist" bc I cannot input properly due to the conversion.

  15. extremely slow in loading

    Extremely slow in load my document of 5 pages. Very frustrating when you are in a hurry or trying to show someone the document.

  18. New Adobe is a Backwards Step

    This new Adobe is way too different and will require a steep learning curve. Even after extensive usage this is not an intuitive interface. This is not progress. Please provide an option to revert back to the more traditional layout and functionality.

    Now its look like I need to manually go into e-banking for payment.
    Inovices earlier for Stefan, Giedre and Gustav was stated :
