Improving the PDF annotation & sharing experience in Acrobat Web Beta
Hi everyone,
I use Acrobat Web Beta every day to work with PDF files — editing, commenting, and sharing documents Steal Brainrot Game with colleagues. I noticed a few things that could be improved for a better user experience, so I wanted to hear if anyone else had the same “headache” as me + discuss solutions:
When sharing PDF files, the comments section sometimes doesn’t sync well — I want to make sure everyone collaborating sees the latest comments without losing them.
Link sharing or access permissions: If I revoke access to a file, is there a way to keep other people’s comments?
I want the ability to select multiple notes/comments to delete, move, or share — like the desktop version — will the web beta support that later?
Adding a “comments summary” to quickly see important or completed comments would be helpful for team collaboration.
I would also like to see if Adobe would consider adding these improvements. If anyone has similar thoughts or has found a workaround, I would love to hear from you!
