I'm sorry you're running in to issues with our software. I wanted to confirm the precise issue you're running in to. Are you using Adobe Acrobat (the desktop application)? If so, what version are you currently running? I watched your video on your other issue. I tried to replicate the issue you were seeing and was unable to do so. Please provide additional details and we'll do our best to assist you.

There should be an option to "Preview & Add Signature Fields" if you want to add specific fields before sending. In regards to signing before sending out the document, you would need to specify yourself as a signer on the document as well.

Hi Lisa,
That functionality is already present. On the send page where you're listing the recipients, there is a dropdown to the right of the e-mail. If you click that, you can select "Password..." as an option, to require the recipient to input your inputted password to access the document.
