The page is stuck on Loading Adobe Sign

Mine used to time out when exporting a certified copy. It would get a little over halfway on the loading bar then stop.
It was because I didn't have the e-signature feature (technically a separate app within Acrobat) set up properly. I called support and they fixed it in 5 mins.

This is nonsense... How do they expect to charge us when they provide software that clearly all of us are having problems with?????

Unfortunately we will not be getting any help from Adobe... Why do we need to wait for 30 mins for one simple document to sign???? Keep on refreshing on the web browser??? Are you kidding us???
Maybe it's time to use Hello Sign. -

This morning, I can't open any adobe sign documents. They all get stuck on loading. I usually can refresh the page and get it going again.

I have had the same issue for years. I hope Adobe will pay attention and do something about it.

Got a similar situation got a employee who is unable to use the request for signature on her desktop app. Have done the following
- checked for Adobe updates.
- repaired adobe already
- uninstalled and reinstalled it.
- still no avail. Screen is just white after hitting request for signatures.only way could get it working by signing into adobe on the web browser. This is just consider a workaround not a proper fix.

Adobe Sign will be a great tool when it is in final release. Currently it's a crapshoot. The average contract (with 10-12 signatures) is taking between 1 to 2 hours. The page will refresh and the "Loading Adobe Sign" screen will run forever. It is very frustrating because the page refreshes while I am actively working. I have had the same results using Chrome, Firefox, IE & Brave. At this point it is almost more time effective to just drive across town and get the physical signatures. Additionally, actual support from Adobe would be great. As it is, the "support" persons job is to berate you until you hang up and find your own solution.

Same here. Adobe Sign loads and loads and loads and loads.....
Edit: Here is what finally worked for me, for what it's worth. I searched for the old Echosign sign in page and was able to log in that way: https://secure.echosign.com/public/login. Echosign was what Adobe Sign used to be called. For some reason this multi billion dollar company can't figure out how to merge these two interfaces.

I have a similar issue, for the las couple of weeks, Adobe sign has been working on and off, the last couple of days it has not worked at all, whenever I try to send an agreement for signature I get a loading page, but the agreement never loads, sometimes I get a message , unable to reach servers, other times it gets stuck on loading. I turned off my firewalls in case that might the problem and still the same.
thanks

Had a user in our organization with the same issue, Adobe Sign worked on the web but not on Adobe Acrobat. After selecting a recipient, she receives a loading screen. I am not able to reproduce the issue on the same network.

Hi Sean,
Are you still encountering this problem? If so, could you share a bit more detail?
Thanks,
Andrew
