    Hi Ward,

    Thank you for your feedback. After you add a recipient, there is a dropdown next to it to allow you to select password authentication, that is the one would require signer to enter password first before signing.

    It seems there could be a typo in the email address. Some email address has yahoo.co rather than yahoo.com. Please try again.
