   I have found that certain "tips" can be turned off. I had a document that would always throw up a blue box saying "This looks like a form" and wanted me to click to use Fill & Sign. I went to Preferences > Forms > Automatically detect Form fields and that solved it. Just guessing but perhaps there are multiple check boxes (depending on subject) to quash those blue popups.

   I NEED MULTIPLE ROWS FOR TOOLBARS. I WOULD ALSO LIKE THEM SMALLER AND LESS REMEDIAL!
