An error occurred while saving the comment L F commentedI tried the Acrobat update this morning "23.008.20470" and Pitstop tools still don't work
An error occurred while saving the comment L F commentedI contacted Adobe customer service on Friday morning, they transferred me to the technical department and sent me the Acrobat base dmg. I can't add it, it's too big, you could contact them by chat. (https://www.adobe.com)
Here is the link for the 2023.006 update (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/continuous/dccontinuoussep2023.html#dccontinuousseptwentytwentythree)
You need to uninstall your Acrobat first.
Run the base installation and after run the package for the 2023.006 version.
Don't forget to uncheck the automatically update ;)
Have fun!!An error occurred while saving the comment L F commentedYes, we saw the article on Enfocus site, but it seem complicated to go back to an old version. With Creative Cloud, we don't have access to a previous version. Someone tried but had trouble to reinstall Pitstop tools. I received a package from Adobe tech this morning, we will retry with this. Hoping that's work.
An error occurred while saving the comment L F commentedIt seems that no one from Adobe or Enfocus is actually working with this version, as the problem would probably have been solved by now. Enfocus are aware since December 20 and nothing was done. We are no longer even able to check the result of a preflight, blank pages again. This is our work tools, everything we done all day is using those tools. It's not possible for you to make an update to solve this? Each time Adobe make an update, that's create more problem we never imagine possible.

It's very frustrating Acrobat crash almost every time when I open a PDF when a normalized PDF is already open, I know it's the less of your problem, but I dream now that my boss find an alternative to Acrobat Pro DC. Nothing forbids dreams, does it?
