update
Last week's update was the worst of all (apart from the one to upgrade to the DC version). We work on macOS Ventura, Acrobat version 2023.006.20320. There's no scroll bar, you can't see your selections when you zoom in, it's like working blind. Pitstop tools are unusable. You have to cancel this update, go back. It's as if you don't care about the people who work with your applications, without taking their opinions into account. You never respond to feedback. Please cancel the last update!!!!

Just to let you know all, there is now an Upgrade from Pitstop, you could reach it and with the recent Acrobat update 2023.008.20533, everything now working, still have some bugs, but almost everything works (still not recovered the scrolling bars and keeping crashing).

I agree, this is the wordt one so far! Zooming in and scrolling is impossible! And on top of that, Adobe makes it almost impossible to roll back an update! You can reinstall an older version of all packages via CC, except Acrobat Pro!
Oh and then you indeed have that automatic update that I had disabled in the CC application but not in Acrobat... It's all a bit amaturistic, they know that Acrobat is often used by Professionals with PitStop, but they let us in every time. to fate!

I contacted Adobe customer service on Friday morning, they transferred me to the technical department and sent me the Acrobat base dmg. I can't add it, it's too big, you could contact them by chat. (https://www.adobe.com)
Here is the link for the 2023.006 update (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/continuous/dccontinuoussep2023.html#dccontinuousseptwentytwentythree)
You need to uninstall your Acrobat first.
Run the base installation and after run the package for the 2023.006 version.
Don't forget to uncheck the automatically update ;)
Have fun!! -

Right, found a 2017 Version on the Adobe site but did not try yet, also was thinking of the possibility that it causes new problems. Let me know if the package works, good luck :)

Yes, we saw the article on Enfocus site, but it seem complicated to go back to an old version. With Creative Cloud, we don't have access to a previous version. Someone tried but had trouble to reinstall Pitstop tools. I received a package from Adobe tech this morning, we will retry with this. Hoping that's work.

It seems that no one from Adobe or Enfocus is actually working with this version, as the problem would probably have been solved by now. Enfocus are aware since December 20 and nothing was done. We are no longer even able to check the result of a preflight, blank pages again. This is our work tools, everything we done all day is using those tools. It's not possible for you to make an update to solve this? Each time Adobe make an update, that's create more problem we never imagine possible.

Hi,
Hoping you will could have another hot fix for the new issue we have today.
We are now on macOS Sonoma 14.2.1 and Acrobat Pro version 2023.008.20458.
The new major issue is when we use Text tool and select a text to modify all the page became white and we cannot see anything. There is also another problem when when we scroll the pages, everything become white also. -

Hi ,
Thanks for sharing the feedback. We have upgraded the Scroll Framework for that reason scroll bar would only be available while scrolling.
If you want to see scroll bars always, we do have a working solution for that.
For that, we will be honouring the macOS setting.- you will have to change the Mac setting to Always show the scroll bar
- you will have to set below plist registrySteps-
- Go to ~/Library/Preferences/ -> open com.adobe.Acrobat.Pro.plist
- Go to DC -> AVGeneral & create plist key -> HonorSystemScrollerPref as shown in the attached image.- Run the below command in the terminal.
sudo killall cfprefsdIn Concern with pitstop they have shipped a hotfix that solves the issue of Pitsotops tools being unusable. refer Article:- https://enfocus.my.site.com/customers/s/article/PitStop-Pro-issues-on-macOS-after-upgrading-to-Adobe-Acrobat?language=en_US
