Hi Jennifer,
Thanks for your feedback. Fill & Sign has a toolbar where you and drog and drop text fields. There are also PDF tools available for editing PDF. You will find them in Edit flyout or the tools page. Have you tried it?
As for Template, it shouldn't require you to sign if it doesn't have a signature field assigned to you (Sender). You can change the recipient (assignee) of any field by right clicking on the field and select Edit.
Also when you send it out for signature, make sure you do NOT add your self as a Recipient since all recipients will be required to sign. If you have any non-signature fields assigned to Sender in the document, you will be asked to prefill before it's sent out.

Here, I finally found an instance related to Security. As of late I found security breaches consistently with your Browser Extensions for Microsoft and Google web browsers! Almost weekly I have seen an increase in the security of your apps. I have to keep repairing or uninstalling and reinstalling them because my security software is quarantined your software. I grew up with Adobe and found useful for securing your file documents and password protected files to prevent hackers from accessing and altering documents. But nowadays it’s hard to justify using Adobe Pro without having to constantly update and repair it. I worked as an IT Design and Implementation Specialist for Insurance Company for 18 years. I see the value of AI, if it’s implemented correctly as a toolbox and used as an intelligent user interface. instead of doing everything manually. You can use AI’s functionality for visual imagery, speech, text just about any kind of file or document to make, create, edit, design, write, publish, share, research and search for anything. The have been working with Microsoft CoPilot and CoPilot 365 and found them extremely useful. However I had to remove your app extension because of Security Issues. I would like to see you use your AI for security purposes as well. Exploit and ransomeware are valid concerns and are evolving! I would recommend paying much more attention on security vulnerabilities and issues.? See it’s people like the one who posted this article about nothing but exploiting and abusing what they know to for no good reason other than to make a point or profit to do nothing but cause harm! Because no matter what I did try he hackers managed to stop your service agent from responding and take control over your app! I hope you fix this problem soon!
