        Constantly freezes and rainbow pinwheel on my mac. Basically has become worthless. Try and find someone for support. Only support I get is when I get an email that Adobe is going to suck another subscription payment off my credit card or if I want to "upgrade." How can I consider upgrading if the basic program continually crashes?

        Keeps crashing on my Mac. Can't get anything done. You sure nag me to renew my subscription but won't support me when I have problems. Thanks for screwing up my business.
 
        
I am using Acrobat Pro DC on MacBook Pro (2016). Given that I use this for business, the fact that it continually freezes with "Not Responding," makes this unusable. Try to get someone to talk to on the phone about this. Definitely not good support for the cost of a subscription.
