    Hi,

    This is an issue on Apple's side on Mac 10.14.1. This has been fixed by Apple in 10.14.2. Could you please update to 10.14.2 and verify if the issue is fixed?

    Hi,

    Apologies for the inconvenience.
    Could you share the following information with us so we could resolve the issue at our end?
    1. The OS version you are on.
    2. The version of the Acrobat DC app (You can find details on Help->Abour Adobe Acrobat DC...)

    Also, could you update the software to the latest version ( via Help->Check for Updates...) and let us know if you are facing the issue still.

    Hi Teresa,

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Could you share with us more details about the protected file that you were sharing since the current Share also supports sharing of protected files. Were you trying to share the file for view/review? Also, was the file having a document open password or other security restrictions as well?

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Could you kindly help us with the following information so we could resolve this at our end:
    - The platform and the OS version you are using?
    - The version of the Acrobat DC app (You can find that in Help->About Adobe Acrobat Pro DC...)
    - Is the issue always reproducible for you (even after quitting and relaunching Acrobat)? Also, could you share a screenshot of the screen with the Share RHP empty and envelope icon disabled?
    - Could you click on the blue Share button on the top right with your file open instead of the mail icon and let us know if the results are any different?
    - The result when you open the Save dialog (by pressing Ctrl/CmdShiftS) or go to the main home page and then Document Cloud? Do these load successfully for you without any issues?

    Hi,

    The Send & Track option has been upgraded to the Share feature in the latest Acrobat/Reader release. You can still perform the operation by opening the file, clicking on the blue Share button on the top right and then sending your file.
