I cannot speak to how that part went in the planning of the release. I am one of the engineers, though, and I do take the feedback seriously. As of a few hours ago, the ability to use the Adobe Sign Manage page was added into Document Cloud's "For Signature" screen. There is a toggle on the right hand side that will let you switch to the older view.
Thank you for the feedback, even when it is painful for us to hear. It helps to make sure that things are better going forward.
An error occurred while saving the comment Dean Harmon commentedHi Karley,
The remind functionality is in the context board for an agreement. You can show this by checking the checkbox when you hover over an agreement in one of the tables like "Recent", "for Signature", or search results. This is similar to what was in the manage page before.
For the sorting, the status column on the "For Signature" page is sortable. Does this not give you the information you need for this one?
As for the "who", this is there, but not necessarily in an identifiable place. We are looking into this. For now, though, you can do a search on the name (not ideal, obviously, if you don't know the name to start with), or you can select an agreement and it will show you the participants in the context board.

An error occurred while saving the comment Dean Harmon commentedHi Brian,
Rest assured that the documents are there. I was informed a little while ago that the search indexes are lagging behind, so somethings are not visible yet. But they are there.
As of a few hours ago we added the ability to use the "Adobe Sign Manage" page to the For Signature screen. From here you will be able to see all of the documents as it uses a different (ie older) index to show documents.
They are all there, though. I promise :-)

An error occurred while saving the comment Dean Harmon commentedHi Svea,
We hear your feedback and want to help you do your work. As of a few hours ago, we added the ability to use the "Adobe Sign Manage" page from within the For Signature screen in the Document Cloud. In addition there is a help document that will help you navigate the UI changes here: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/whats-changed-adobe-sign.html
With the two of these together, we hope you will be successful with Document Cloud.

Thank you for your feedback, it is very valuable. And we know that some of the new places where things moved are just different. To help with the transition, we have added the ability to use the "Adobe Sign Manage" page from the For Signatures screen in Document Cloud. Hopefully this will help get you going as well as the document the Yatin posted below.

An error occurred while saving the comment Dean Harmon commentedHi HCO,
I know that this has been frustrating, where the UI changes in such a drastic fashion. As of a few hours ago we added a switch to the "For Signature" page that will show the Adobe Sign Manage page instead of the default list in For Signatures. That should get you going. In addition, there is a help document that will show where things moved that will help you navigate to the new UI locations: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/whats-changed-adobe-sign.html

An error occurred while saving the comment Dean Harmon commentedHi James,
From the "For Signature" screen there is a dropdown to switch from "Sign Agreements" to "Sign Templates". From here you can select a template and manage it, but I can see that "Delete" is missing. A bug has been added for this missing functionality.
As of a few hours ago, however, we added an option to use the "Adobe Sign Manage" page on the For Signature screen. You will be able to do it from here.
Thank you for your feedback. We will make sure that the bug is fixed as soon as we can

An error occurred while saving the comment Dean Harmon commentedHi Jeffrey,
We would be sad to see you go, but we understand that if it doesn't work, it doesn't work. Is there anything in particular that we could do better?
As of a few hours ago, there was an option on the "For Signature" to show the Adobe Sign Manage page. In addition, there is this help document that will help show where to get the information of where things moved to in the new interface: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/send-for-signature.html

An error occurred while saving the comment Dean Harmon commentedHi,
It may seem hollow, but I am truely sorry that the new UI has caused you grief. Rest assured, though, that we do hear your feedback and are trying to make things better. And know, too, that your templates are safe and sound right where you left them.
To that end, as of a few hours ago, the ability to use the Adobe Sign Manage page was added to the For Signature screen for Document Cloud. Your templates are also available on that screen by choosing the "Sign Templates" filter instead of the default "Sign Agreements". Both, of course, are available in the Sign Manage page.
Other improvements are coming, please let us know if we are not meeting your needs. The feedback that we get *is* valuable.

An error occurred while saving the comment Dean Harmon commentedHi Barry and Mike,
As of a few hours ago the ability to use the Adobe Sign Manage page was added to the "For Signature" screen of Document Cloud. While this does not return the entire UI, we have also added a help document that will let you know how to translate from where things were to where things are now. It has been posted several places already, but you can find it here: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/send-for-signature.html

The For Signature page was updated a few hours ago to give access to the Adobe Sign Manage page. From here you should be able to get all of the information that you need.
Your feedback is important, even when we hear things like "you really screwed this up". Thank you for taking the time to let us know, and hopefully you can be productive with the Document Cloud UI.

As of a few hours ago we added a switch to the For Signature screen to see the "Adobe Sign Manage" page. In addition, there is a help document that Yatin mentioned that helps to understand where things were and where they have been moved to instead.
Hopefully this will allow you to get the pieces of information that you need.

An error occurred while saving the comment Dean Harmon commentedHi Natalie,
Rest assured that your templates are *not* gone. As Ekta stated, the "For Signature" screen would let you see them by switching to "Sign Templates" from "Sign Agreements". In addition, as of a few hours ago we added the ability to use the Adobe Sign Manage page from the For Signature screen as well. Using both of these you should be able to use your templates that you so painstakingly created.

An error occurred while saving the comment Dean Harmon commentedHi,
Thank you for letting us know this difficulty. As you can see in the posts, you are not alone with the process that you are using to find and filter documents. As of a few hours ago, the ability to switch to the Adobe Sign Manage page was added to the For Signatures screen of Document Cloud. This will allow you to see and sort by name of recipient, not just name of file.
Hopefully this will let you get back to being productive :-)

An error occurred while saving the comment Dean Harmon commentedHi Terry,
I cannot speak to the design processes that went into the new UI, but we have heard the feedback that it missed the mark and that people are having difficulty finding the controls that they want. In the "For Signatures" screen of Document Cloud, we have added the ability to show the Adobe Sign Manage page. In addition, a help page banner was added to help you find the places in the UI where things were before and where they are now. Hopefully that will get you going.

An error occurred while saving the comment Dean Harmon commentedHi Hewitt,
As of a few hours ago the ability to use the Adobe Sign Manage page was added to the For Signature screen inside of Document Cloud.
In addition, as Yatin posted, there is a help document to help explain what ended up where. Thank you for your feedback, though. Letting us know how you feel is the best way to let us know if we do something unexpected, or even wrong.

An error occurred while saving the comment Dean Harmon commentedHi Kay,
As of a few hours ago we have added the ability to show the Adobe Sign Manage page from the "For Signature" menu item inside of Document Cloud. This will have the filters and other items that the original poster mentioned.
Thank you for taking the time to talk to us, and being patient when things did not go exactly as planned.
An error occurred while saving the comment Dean Harmon commentedHi,
While the default landing page is "recent" you can go to the "Files" or "for Signature" links on the left to get a filtered list. In addition, you can search at the top of the screen for things like email, document name, or any of the notes you have entered.
What was it you were looking for specifically and I will see if I can help you find it.

An error occurred while saving the comment Dean Harmon commentedHi Christopher,
As of a few hours ago, the ability to show the Adobe Sign Manage page when within Document Cloud has been added to the "For Signature" page.
Please let us know if this solves the problem that were previously having.
An error occurred while saving the comment Dean Harmon commentedHi Jeff,
If you type the name or email at the top, in the search bar, it will show you results for all of the documents you have that contain that email as a sender or a signer. The "All" results, the default search landing page, will show all of the documents that contain that name or email.
If you need additional information, you can select the document with the checkbox on the left of the row which will open up a context board displaying what showed in the manage page. In addition, if you select the "for Signature" filter on the left it will show you additional information that is Signature specific (whereas "All" is generic for all document types). In particular, this will show the status column for the results.

An error occurred while saving the comment Dean Harmon commentedAs Mangesh mentioned, we have been actively working to give access to the Adobe Sign Manage page. As of a few hours ago, this functionality has been added to the "For Signatures" page within Document Cloud.
As you have done, leaving comments and suggestions in the User Voice forum is extremely valuable. It helps to let us know when we have erred, and lets us make it right when possible. Please continue to help us make the product better by providing constructive feedback.
Hi Karley,
Thank you for talking to us. For your question about setting reminders, in the flow you are describing, would be terribly time consuming. If I understand what you are asking, the "preview" screen is what we call the context board. The thing that shows up on the right hand side when you check the checkbox on the For Signature page or select a row on the Adobe Sign Manage page. Is that correct?
Essentially you want that right hand panel to take up more real-estate on the screen instead of just that small section on the right hand side. In this format, lets say it was split 50/50, you could see a larger thumbnail of the document instead of the one that fits in the upper right corner. Is this what is being asked? I can file this as an enhancement request if it is, it makes sense to me, but I want to be sure I am capturing what you are asking first.
